Prohibits voluntarily landing, launching, or operating UAS on lands or waters administered by the DNREC Division of Natural Areas and Nature Preserves, except forced/emergency landings or with Director’s consent.

Prohibits operation of a UAS over sporting events (>1500 attendees), critical infrastructure, or active first-responder incidents; first offense is an unclassified misdemeanor, second is a Class B misdemeanor, and causing injury or damage elevates it to a Class A misdemeanor.

Makes it unlawful to introduce contraband into detention facilities via UAS or other means; generally a Class A misdemeanor, elevated to Class F felony when UAS are used or specified items are involved.
