Amendment of Municipal Code Title 10 by adding new Chapter 10-36 to regulate use of small unmanned aircraft in City airspaceEffective: 11/18/2015
Prohibits operations over schools, places of worship, police stations, private property, or power facilities, invasion of privacy, arming, impaired operations, or with intent to harm.
