Drone Prohibition in State Parks and Historic SitesEffective: 1/1/2015

Prohibits landing, launching, or operating drones in State Parks, Historic Sites, and DACF Boat Launches without approved law‐enforcement oversight or a Special Activity Permit.

Regulation of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Title 25 §4501)Effective: 7/1/2015

Regulates acquisition and use of unmanned aerial vehicles by law enforcement agencies, requiring governing body approval, warrant for criminal investigations, and banning weaponized UAS and surveillance of peaceful assemblies.
