The commissioner may license commercial unmanned aircraft operations, with an original and renewal license fee of \$30.

Any small unmanned aircraft system weighing less than 55 pounds must register annually with the state for a \$25 fee; recreational-only systems are exempt.

Flight over lands or waters of the state is lawful unless conducted at altitudes so low as to interfere with the use of the land or be imminently dangerous; landing on lands or waters of another without consent is unlawful except in emergencies.
