Unlawful Use of Unmanned Aircraft over Open-Air Facility (RSMo 577.800)Effective: 8/28/2020

Prohibits operating a UAS within 400 ft vertically and within the property line of open-air facilities with capacity ≥5,000, subject to specified exceptions.

Unlawful Use of Unmanned Aircraft over Correctional Centers (RSMo 217.850)Effective: 8/28/2020

Prohibits operating a UAS within 400 ft vertically over any correctional center’s secure perimeter fence or making contact with the facility, with enumerated exceptions.
