Prohibits launching or operating unmanned aircraft on lands managed by Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks without a special user or commercial permit, or in areas not designated for such use by park managers.

Information from an unmanned aerial vehicle is not admissible in any prosecution or proceeding unless obtained pursuant to a search warrant or a judicially recognized exception.

Prohibits obstructing, impeding, preventing, or otherwise interfering with lawful aerial wildfire suppression efforts by any means, including by the use of an unmanned aerial vehicle; classed as a misdemeanor with fines up to $1,500.
