Requires any law-enforcement agency to obtain a warrant (or meet statutory exceptions) before using a UAS to gather evidence or images where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy; evidence obtained in violation is inadmissible.

Prohibits operating a UAS within 500 ft horizontally or 250 ft vertically of a critical facility, or within 5 miles of an airport without written consent or FAA authorization; violation is a misdemeanor.

Allows property owners to bring a civil action for trespass against a UAS operator who flies under 250 ft above their land after notice, with entitlement to treble damages, injunctive relief, and attorney’s fees.
