Makes it a Class E felony to attach a weapon to a UAS and a Class 1 misdemeanor to use a UAS to harass wildlife or disrupt lawful wildlife taking.

Prohibits publishing or disseminating thermal or infrared images captured by an unmanned aircraft system that reveal activities inside a structure without consent.

Prohibits launching or recovering an unmanned aircraft system from private or state property without the owner’s consent; authorizes local governments to regulate UAS operations on their property.
