Prohibits attaching weapons to drones; trespassing in private airspace for surveillance; photographing in areas of reasonable privacy; unauthorized landings; interference with correctional facilities; and delivery of contraband via UAS.

Law Enforcement UAS Warrant Requirement (72-14-203)Effective: 3/22/2017

Requires law enforcement to obtain a warrant or meet judicial exceptions for UAS data use and to destroy non-relevant data promptly.
